Well here we are again after another fucking great deftones concert!!!First of all let me say
that this was my 5th time seeing the deftones and i was once again blown away! It was at
the freeman coliseum in san antonio i had never been there before but it was a good venue ii
mean i cant complain i was the fucking deftones.As always the Deftones took about 15-20
mins to hit the stage just to get us all fucking wound up!!!Then the fucking man comes out
"chino" and kinda jogs up to the front of the stage and spreads his arms out "be quiet and
drive style" and just listened to the crowd go crazy!!!Thats when the fucking maddness began.
They started of with FETICIERA and to be honest with you i dont remember the set i know
they played a couple of songs from every album .The set was short or at least it felt that way
maybe because they just rocked the fucking songs back to back to back never really slowing
down between songs.They sounded great chinos screams sounded fuckin sick man really
fucking raw with emotion.All i can say is THE DEFTONES BLEW EVERYONE ELSE OFF
THE STAGE MAN REALLY!!!! SICK PERFORMANCE GUYS AND CANT WAIT FOR THE
NEW ALBUM AND FOR U GUYS TO COME BACK TO TEXAS!!!!

I was in the pit for 3 or 4 songs but I was so messed up I needed to get some air.
Chino has quite the effect on the crowd and they rocked out and did not disapoint a first
timer at a tones concert. I figured I would wait to see if anyone would get the set list right but I
don't think anyone will....I just remember alot of the songs they did play.

now the closing song is hazy for me but I KNOW it was 7 WORDS mixed with Birthmark
I believe and maybe root or bored also....it was an epic finish with three parts I believe.
I wish they did an encore but it is cool b/c there were a crap load of side acts.
The show rocked....best time I had in weeks....probably months.
