One more thing, did anyone notice that they didn't play any songs off the self-titled album? Wonder why...

We drove for 3 hours from Augusta to see this show, our car kept breaking down on the way there, and we got pulled over by the freaking police for no reason on our way home. We stood around to meet the band after the show but to no avail, so we left. Damn we must've just missed them.
All in all it was great, my second deftones show (first was at EarthLink Live in 2004, also in Atlanta), and hopefully I'll get to do it again soon and maybe actually meet the guys.

DAIIIMMMNNN!!!, deftones kicked major ass last night...it was out of this world...good song list...awsome guitars from steph...over all, a blast...bt kinda upset they didnt play Be quiet and drive(far away)... this has been the 1st time i saw the deftones live, i always use to think that their live shows were a lil messy, chino's vocals expecially, but this show totally changed my mind..they did an awsome job....awsome shit...

Omg, that was an amazing show. The rumbling of those instruments mixing with the mellow tone of the venue's atomsphere was engaging. It felt as if the crowd was ignited from the onset, and as soon as the Deftones graced the stage with their electrifying sound the crowd exploded! The sound was just right and they played everything tight. Chino's voice sounded like it was in great shape. The highlight of the show was definitely when they invited The Fall of Troy's lead singer(to play lead guitar)on Weezer's "Say It Aint So" in the middle of "7 Words" Everyone was singing along to that one. Kicked Ass. The Tabernacle is an awesome venue for great views. We were in the balcony and the view was incredible...all the perks of a great view without all the sweaty bodies piled on top of you on the floor. The after show meet and greet was nicer this time around than last year's show. Chino was like a butterfly as he made his way down the line of fans waiting to shower him with compliments and items to sign. Stef was kool as beans and he talked up the crowd for a long time...giving thoughts on life, the band, Six Flags and the two sides of Chino. Abe and Chi were kool as beans also, and Chi seemed more in touch with us this time. He even waited for my camera flash to load for a second pic. :) This was my 5th time seeing them and my second meet and greet, and I have to say that by far this was the best show experience I have had yet!

this was a bad ass show, the deftones are amazing live, i wish they would have play be quiet and drive and bloody cape though, it looks like chino has dropped a few pounds too haha

Was a good show, they played a lot of songs.... they played almost the whole white pony album except elite,rx queen, and street carp. My favorite song was probably either root or passenger... this was my 5th show in atlanta and 3rd at the tabernacle and it was probably the best yet....weezer cover was very cool, hahaha they started 7 words and stopped it in the middle and started playing "say it aint so" and then finished 7 words. I thought that was bad ass... the whole crowd was singin along. Chino really likes ATL.

Ive seen The Deftones 8 times in every venue from small club to amphitheater and this time was by far the best. I use to say that Deftones was sloppy on stage and made a lot of mistakes (Lets be honest, you've noticed) but they have really tightened up their act a lot this tour. Excellent show and set list. Only complaint was that those fuckin atlanta kids need to keep their hands to themselves, the mosh pit is in the center, not in the back. Not everyone wants to rub against your shirtless sweaty body.
