deftones were insane tonight. chino's voice was spot on, and the crowd had alot of energy.
chino sang all of hexagram in front of us, and it was an incredibly moment. he is still so
intense after all these years, and i got alot of respect for the band.

Finally I got to see the Deftones live!!! They totally kicked ass and were so much better
than all the bands who went on before them. I knew I would be getting pushed around a
little being in just behind the front row, but I had no idea it would get as crazy as it did! I
managed to stay in the entire time and keep my place in the crowd. Chino reached out
and I actually got to grab his hand! I'm not sure of the exact set order because I was
alittle out of it. I remember:
Feticiera
Nosebleed
Be Quiet And Drive (Far Away)
Bloody Cape
Change (In The House Of Flies)
Hexagram
Around The Fur
Knife Party
RX Queen
Engine No. 9
My Own Summer (Shove It)
I don't think they did an encore because as soon as they finished the last song, the crew
started taking apart their instruments so we all left. We all looked like we just got out of the
shower when we got outside the theatre. This was my first time seeing the Deftones and
definitely not the last!! It rocked so fucking hard! Can't wait to see them again and hear the
new album when it drops in the spring!

this was my fourth time seeing deftones and they were fucking great!! i wish they had done
an encore but they did not leave any main songs out.. would have been nice however, to hear
ROOT and HEADUP!! all in all, one of the best deftones shows i have seen. i was right up in
the front when the deftones did hexagram and chino came into the crowd.. unbelievable energy
w/ the band as well w/ the crowd! can't wait for the new record and the next tour!

>So this was my first Deftones concert and let me tell you it kicked
>some ass. None of the bands up before Deftones were anywhere near as
>intense, energetic, or emotional about there music as the deftones. My
>personal favorite part of the night was the last couple of songs. They
>started playing '7 words' blended right into 'Birthmark' played it
>complete then right back into '7 words' to finish it and the show.
>Completely fucking amazing.

The show was fucking great, Chino put on a really good show and his voice was on the spot.
I read a past review that Chino didn't move at all, but he was all over the place in Houston! Abe
looked great with his new haircut and Chi was playing his bass pretty wild. Steph and Frank were
awsome as always. The music sounded great in the arena, they played at Verizon in 2003 and this
show was just 10 times better. I don't know how to explain it, but every time I see them they get better
and better. Hold up, wait till I tell about after the show. My cousin and I chilled near the Tour Buses
afterwards and Steph came out high as a muthafucker! We took pics with him and got his
autograph and talked like we were friends! He was telling me about the new album, he said that
" it is gonna be like classic Deftones and that Chino still needs to finish some vocals." He also
said that he would like it to come out in Spring but But he said it could possibly take as long a
six months! Oh well, they can take their time, they proven to us that they are the best band in
tthe world.
