Deftones live @ Smirnoff Center

Well once again the Deftones blew up Dallas on Friday night at the Smirnoff
Music Center. I took my little brother Dustin to his first deftones
show...this was my 6th time to see the deftones and they always deliver to
the fans every time they play. Well Chino's voice never sounded better....I
was up at the front of the stage the whole time. They played alot of songs
off all three albums....and they took out five minutes of their set to wish
abe a happy birthday!!! Chino and abe were goofing around the whole time
and they just looked like they were having fun on stage. During change
chino's guitar fucked up or something and he threw it across the drums and
behind the stage....but some other guy brought him a guitar. They playes
about a 75 minute set. Then after it was over the other band came
on....GAYSMACK!!! I cant stand godsmack...they totally ripped off ozzy's
intro just like last years OZZfest. They had this cartoon up on the screen
and it was like 5 minutes long...then that skully or sully guy came out and
started talking about gettin in tha pit or something the their was fire and
explosions. It reminded me of some 80's hair band...without the hair,
anyways enough about GAYSMACK...I went to see the deftones and they were
fucking unbelieveable!!!!!! ME and my bro hung out by the busses during
godsmacks set and we got to meet chino and i told abe happy birthday....well
