This was my 3rd Deftones concert to date, and Deftones killed Calgary!
although in my opinion the Calgary crowd did not show as much love back to the band as
they should have. The band would finish a song, the crowd would cheer a little and then go
silent.... how about making some fucking noise!!!The set list was pretty much the same as
previous dates, Beware the Water was the only new tune busted out. The band deffinetly
brought their A game and were killing it as per usual. Chi got on the mic before the band was
about to kick into a song and gave all the different arena sections shout outs. He said something like
"to the stoners up top, getting high!!!".
And Chino replied with a "Chi only losers get high" and Chi fired back a "I saw Steph raise his
hand right there" or something like that, those guys are always busting each others balls...
Anyways good times, its about time the band hit Calgary, hopefully they give us another chance to
redeem ourselves in the fall. They played the following songs, this set list is not in order.
