Okay, so I know its been damn near two weeks since this show went down, but I noticed that no one else was
showin any love for the frisco show, so I thought I might as well get off my ass and write a review myself.
Well, to start off I've been to three prior deftones shows, and this show definitely took the cake. I made sure I had
all the neccesities for the show(ya know; the weed, the tickets, and an altoid box to put the joints in). Now I'm
totally fuckin pumped. While I was waiting in line, my little brother ended spotting Stef walking out and I regrettably
chickened out on walkin up to him and asking for a picture and offering him one of my freshly rolled J's as a token of
my gratitude. Oh well, this won't be the last time I'll see them. Anywho, the first band was okay, and the lead
singer/guitarist guy kinda looked like Chi. Then later on during their set, Chi came out and sang a social distortion
song that i didn't recognize. That was fuckin killer, and I guess the guy was Chi's brother. Then after a pretty long
break deadsy took the stage and they were a lot better than i had thought they'd be, and they even played their
awesome rendition of rush's "tom sawyer". Now I'm pretty baked and I'm gettin antsy for the Deftones. Then after what
seemed like a century(weed is infamously known to slow people's perception of time), I witnessed some Deftones
silhouettes making their way to the stage. The subsequent "Chino" chants started up before he came out, and then
he finally steps out, and the place go fucking apeshit. He looks like he lost a considerable amount of weight too.
They then bust into feiticiera and the pits are forming and my hearts pounding ferociously. The rest of the set was
fucking spectacular, and i was pretty much right in front, only behind some short chicks who wouldn't be able to see
if they were behind me. Here's the setlist (not in perfect order):

intermission with Stef smokin a joint and playin and unrecognizable, pretty riff

17. Hexagram
18. Cherry Waves
19. Kimdracula( apparently it was the first time they played that one live accordin to chino)
19. Change
20. 7 Words( the whole fuckin place was jumping up and down; brought the fuckin house down)
I feel like I might be missing a song or two, my deepest apologies to those who are reading this.
After smoking about 5 joints, things get a little hazy. The deftones were at the fucking top of their game,
and I recomend to the highest possible degree of recomendations to check out this tour, before its over.
I hope they come back to NorCal. Chino, Stef, Chi, Abe and Frank, you guys are gods.
