Before this 06 fall tour started, a lot of people were saying that the Deftones couldn't bring it live anymore. Well for you haters out there last night at the Starland Ballroom, Chino and crew put on one of the best live shows I've ever been to. The whole band was great, especially Chino who looked and sounded better than ever. The band as a whole seemed like they were having a good time as they interacted with the crowd and joked around the whole night and Chino got right up into the crowd on more than one occasion. If you thought the Deftones had lost their edge or you just haven't seen them on this tour yet you don't know what you are missing because this was quite possibly the best live show I've ever seen by any band. Period.
